Refunds
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept refunds. Each canvas is custom made and made for you personally. If there are any problems with your canvas please contact us at vaultccxxii@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.We have a no return policy, which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions  
If your canvas is damaged upon arrival please contact us and we will do what we can to replace your art as soon as possible. Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
